Thread: Crooked Creek 9/6

I was out sunday morning for two hours. The fish were hungry and willing. I brought 8 home, lost quite a few. All on jigs no live bait was used.

What size were you catching? I was at Wilhelm a couple weeks ago and caught quite a few 10-11" ones. I was out last thursday and they weren't biting as good. The ones last week were smaller fish too. At the meeting in July you said that the fall bite at your lake was pretty good and I was hoping you would let us know when they started biting. I have never fished there, but would like to give it a try.

Zeke, sunday was the first time I have been on the lake since the summer. If you want to catch fish now is the time. I will be on the lake this coming sunday. The fish in the sink were 10" to 12".
