Altho the group thought about cancelling it earlier in the week because of some bad weather being forcasted, some of us got together anyway. Weather wasn't real bad but the wind picked up and we were all forced to fish our secondary spots. The fish were biting at both but the primary one was holding the larger fish. Mike did some HANG GLIDING with me. He got the HANG of it after a little while. Quick learner.

We were picking up some really nice crappies before the wind chased us out of the area. The second spot produced numbers but not as many bigger ones. We caught well over 70 between us and kept close to a limit with most 10" to 11". Mike got a pretty good kicker fish too. He got em on a 1/32 oz microspoon. Thanks guys for getting together. My brother Rich said he had a great time. He caught 20 fish hang gliding the same area. I'd also like to thank Keith and Jessica Pace from Microspoons for sending us gift packs and stickers. The fish here really like to be spoonfed. We got about 70% of our fish on them today.

Here's some of the catch.

Spoonfed wiper Mike got.

And some of the group

Thanks again for coming up and if you guys want to get together and do this again in a couple weeks, let me know and i'll see if i can follow the migration and put us on fish again. I hate that damn WIND.
