Fished Cave Run out of Clay Lick today from 11 to 6. Water temps were between 53 to 55 -- or so it was up until I blew a fuse in my Hummingbird. Water was murky.

Not much luck today. I managed to boat only one keeper and several dinks. The few I did manged were between 8 - 12 ft deep. A musky tournament had LOTS of boat traffic on the lake and full parking lots at most ramps. In talking to other crappie fisherman, the bite was tremendously slow today. But, nice to be at the Cave for the first time this year.
