Thread: Barren

The fishing on Barren has been tough to say the least. Have fished about every day for three weeks. I finally got skunked yesterday. My son and I fished for 2-3 hrs yesterday and didn't catch a fish. Since the wate has come up they have progressively gotten WORSE!

The fish have to turn on. It is time and they are getting full of eggs. The water temp has to be getting god because of all the sunny days and warm nights.....

We have tried shallow to deep and all in between.

Anyone else fishing Barren?

Barren can certainly be hit or miss. Water levels are major factor. Have you tried Skaggs creek?
