Heading up to KY with the kids Thurs-Sat - staying at Moors Resort(Gilbertsville)

Any advice to colors would be great...do you do better with minnows on your jigs? What weight jigs? How shallow/deep are they?

Sittin here listening to it pour down rain. Front moving through. Should be out of here by the weekend. Maybe you will have great weather. I would start beating the banks with jigs or minnows and cork about 2-3'. 5' of water.
