    Typical government employee!

No, you do not HAVE to have a TN license to fish Blood River. Unless it has changed, there is a reciprocal agreement that allows KY or TN license holders to fish anywhere from a boat between Egners Ferry bridge and the Paris Landing bridge.

You do NOT have to have a Tennessee license, but you DO have to have a KY license to fish Blood River. The reciprocal agreement excludes Blood River, but the above statement is correct for all other water between Egners Ferry and Paris Landing. Only a KY license will work for Blood.

As a government employee I am surprised he didn't tell you that you needed a federal license to get us all out of debt. KY license only in Blood River or I have been breaking the law for years.

A Corp. employee or a federal park employee? If it was one of the campground caretakers, it doesn't surprise me that they don't know what they are talking about. Most of them are retirees from the private sector that simply watch after the campgrounds.

Like others have said, a KY license is the only one that is valid in BR as it is not part of the reciprocal agreement.
