    Default Kentucky lake Trip


    Planning a trip down on March 30 have not been to the lake in 20 plus years back in the bass fishing days looking for some info on what area to start and the best colors to try we will be trolling Thanks for any info

    I no expert (far from it), but I would expect that the males will be in and the females will be moving in or staging to move in. All is dependent on the weather and water temperature. Colors depend on the water, Its hard to beat a minner n hook.

    Hitec and fast Eddie's on hwy 68 between Aurora and Draffenvile, both sell by the pound.

    PM me a day or two before you get here.
    I will of been on the water for 6 of the previous 7 days before your trip unless something catastrophic happens to keep me off the water.
