Just curious I look at https://www.explorekentuckylake.com/weather.htm almost daily, the water sure in the heck has not been at 354.6 for a few days. I can look at my deck and I have crappie bed stakes completely submerged, so it has to be at least 355.6, they have been under for a few days? How high will we go? Looks bad all rivers systems high.

your eyes are not playing tricks on you. during flood events, your elevation information is not very reliable after 4-6 hours of their posting. you can go to murray state university's hancock biological station site and they have a gauge on the river with more timely info.
