Rough River Sat.14th
Caught 18 keepers, total about 42. Caught on jigs, about 6 foot off the bank near branches in the water. I didnt catch anything on any lay downs. Had a great day. Couldnt believe how high the water was. Does any one know why there holding it, nolin is going down quick.

sounds like you had a good day. What did you catch them on? If you used jigs were there a special color. I plan on going tomorrow but not sure what part of rough to go to. The reason they are holding the water is because the bottomland on down below has been still flooded. My guess would be that you put in at North Fork.

reggis, I put in at North Fork, the only color i threw was anything with green and yellow curly tail. Let be know how you do.
