Thread: Rough River 11-9,11-10 report

Lake is still way up over summer pool. We caught around 60 a day with only 15 keepers, lots of small crappie. All caught on minnows with slip cork 4 to 6 feet deep on wood next to bank. Lake is beginning to drop daily if you decide to go. Good luck

Been finding the same thing. Tons of small fish with the occasional keeper and a big fish or two. Hopefully the slabs will come out of hiding soon.

Yeah the crappie fishing for me anyway, has been tough this fall. At least we caught some at Rough unlike going to Taylorsville on Sunday we only caught 3 and 2 were keepers. We went to Herrington lake the Sunday before and did not catch a crappie. Maybe its just me.
