Made it over T-ville today. Weather was great. Water was great. Wind(lack of) was great. Fishing -Not so great. Lots of small bass were hitting. Fished deep, shallow, 12-15 range-jigs, minnows and combo of both. Pitched jigs to lay-downs. Nothing! Talked to a few other boats and they had a few. One fellow was fishing 25 fow bottom bouncing minnows and had 3. One other boat had been fishing towards the dam and had 10. He was fishing in 20 fow about 7 feet down. Water is a bit stained from the rain but not bad. 59 degrees most areas.
Got to find me another lake to fish!!!!!!!
You can't finish what you don't start
I almost never fish in the fall because of deer season but I had one of my best years on T-ville this year during the spring. I am like you where normally I wish I had a better place to fish close to home, but this year was different for me. To be honest, I fished it a lot this spring and kind of found a few spots and the fish just seemed to always be on these spots. My hint of the day, find some blowdowns or brush. There is a ton of wood on that lake but not tons of brush. I found some along with other types of structute besides the standing timber and did great.
"You should have been here yesterday!!!
