Tried the river yesterday (above lock 4) with no luck with the exception of one white bass. Temp started out 58 and up to 61. River was on the rise but still clear with floating debris later in the day. One other crappie fisherman that I talked to and he had the same results. Also talked with a guy jug fishing at T-ville. Said he was catching Blue Cats fishing in 30=40 fow about 20 feet down and they were getting deeper by the week.
