    Default Small Craft

I had a Sneak boat for years but sold it so I could fish larger bodies of water but I have missed the smaller boat. I recently sold my Duracraft and bought a smaller skiff. Been adding all the goodies to it and am waiting on new 20HP motor to give me more range than the current 9.9. Soon as I get the new motor on I should be good to go.Name: IMG_1465_resized.JPG

Nice rig, you don't see too many skiffs with a center console. What brand boat is it? I would like to come up with something like that also to fish some really shallow back water that I currently fish out of my kayak.

It is a locally made boat by Riptide Boats. It is a copy of the popular Gheenoe boats made in Titusville Florida.

I knew it looked like a Gheenoe. I will have to add a Riptide to my list of boats to be on the look out for. Looks like you have rigged out right and with a 20 hp it should fly.

Nice! I just got a gheenoe style boat and put a 15 yami on it. What speeds are you getting with the 9.9?

With a 27 series battery under the seat and Ipilot on front I had to add a hydrfoil to get it to plane off. 15MPH with just me on board. Hence the upgrade to 20HP.
