Default Not crappie but very tasty

We just returned from a trip to southern Louisiana and had a blast. The wind has been relentless over the past few weeks and the water was very dirty. We got lucky and had the wind lay down for the few days we were there. We still managed to pick up a few speckle trout but caught mostly redfish and black drum. I did manage to hook into a cluster of oysters. They don't come much fresher then this. After having those reds peel your drag it make seeking those 9 7/8 fish not quite as exciting but my give it a couple of days and I will be back after them.

Nice pics, I'll bet catching those was a blast! I've only saltwater fished once and I couldn't beleive how hard they fight, totally different than freshwater fish, still its hard to beat that THUMP!
Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught!
