Default Ya just gota love dis time of the year

It's a complete guessing game out on the lakes. I been hearin stories of nada fish to times of short lived tuna fishing. So I headed to Clinton to get a solid report. Half the lake real muddy. Went in the Wakarusa arm to the firplace on the S. banks. Tried it causin it was over 63 degrees. Caught 4 in 2 hrs. Headed east towards the dam. At the Heart-Attack ramp, it got much clearer. Dropped the minner riggs in 6 to 8ft, 4ft down. AHHHH, dats where they are. Gotta trip tomorrow so I didn't wear any spot out. Went around to the Rock Creek arm,,, same ting,,, muddy. Just about straight S. of the swimming beach, I dropped the riggs in again. THEY WERE WAITING :D FOR ME!!! Limit very easy to get. Got out ole lucky 13 and dipped some shallow stump/trees with wasshoppa's & 1/16oz jigs. Lotas males. I'll be reportin again tomorrow. <*)}}}><
You'll see the difference,,,on the end of your line!

It's starting to happen out here in the flatlands. Been good the past 2 weeks with only one trip a bust. We put 54 in the livewell yesterday evening at Kanopolis ranging from 10 inches up to 13. Always helps to put some of Chatt's 'Crappie Viagra' pills in the water the day before. However if the fish keep spawning in your livewell, you need to call a fisheries biologist immediately.
Hard to hide on these windy days...if huskers didn't suck so much and sooners didn't blow so much...it wouldn't be so windy in Kansas.
