Small lake Crappies are getting in the mood. We nearly filled a 5 gal bucket yesterday evening in a couple hours fishing from the bank at a SFL. If the warm weather holds, those state fishing lakes and city lakes should be hot this weekend.

We've been getting great reports on the White Bass fishing in the rivers above Marion, Kanopolis, Wilson and Glen Elder. Wilson and Glen are having enough flow this year for the first time in recent history to get a run. Some of the Whites at Glen have been up to 4 lbs.
