Default Went for a little drive...

Well, I want for a little drive this evening. I drove over to the local Res. just to look around. Got there and watched the waves break on the shore... Man, 5 to 7 foot rollers on the north end of the lake and spray from the wind and waves was crashing 20+ feet up the bank.

The best part was there was someone putting in at 4:45 to try it.... i wouldn't want to be out there after dark by myself tonight. If that was someone on this board man you got sack...
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

I never even tried today, way to windy. Our top gust was 45. Can't fish in that.

I drove over to the same one around 4:45...The power was out at the place when I got home. The wind had cleared the little bull rip-rap of it's tumble weeds and most cedars. The wind had started to drop by this time...but there still some impressive rollers hitting the rap. Ended up in the Wade Branch...didn't look too bad. There was one boat working the trees....Hardy Souls there...
