Anyone else had their noses to the grindstone between fishing trips?
Remember "I" before "E," except in Budweiser
I picked up all leaves in the yard all day yesterday. My dumb A## forgot to take my allergy pill. So i'm hurting today. I do all my Honey-Do things during the week so i can have the weekend off.
Here's a tip that will help you, and the other "honeys". Be a better trip planner. I try to stay at least six weeks ahead when planning my fishing and hunting trips. Some of my trips are planned out up to 1 year in advance!
If you are smart and subtle about it, you can fill up every weekend with football games, hunting trips, fishing trips, etc. A wife will rarely balk at a trip that is planned really far in advance. And stuff she plans for you at the last minute will be stuff you don't really want to do.
I'm not saying you should shirk your responsibilities at home or spend all your time away from your wife and kids. We go to all sporting events as a family, and often fish and boat together too... I'm sure I help out around the house as much as any of you do too... What I'm saying is that if you wait until Friday to make plans for the weekend, your wife will already have plans for you, and it won't be a fishing or hunting trip.
I am just pullin' your leg.:D
thanks for the reminder i need to unhook and drain the hoses,,,,,,
