*All in 5-8fow about 3-4ft down on west facing rock bank from 5-7pm. All fish were 6-9" which is common at Butler. I always keep em in hopes of "thinning the herd"
After striking out a few times his year at the big lake (ELDO), I decided to head to a smaller one that I grew up fishing on and was more familiar with(Butler). Found a spot on the north side of lake off one of the piers that has produced fish for me before at this time of year. Caught 15 small ones with a couple sunfish mixed in. All fish caught on 1/32oz. jig under a cork tipped with small garden worms and a nibble. All in 5

I been wanting to get back to Butler to thin the herd. Dinks are fun with ultralight rigs.
