Thread: Hand held GPS

Does any one have any preferences on what brand of hand held GPS unit they use. I was going to get the Lorance H20C but Bass Pro is saying that they are doing away with that unit for some reason. Trying to stay at reasonable price but any suggestions would be a big help

I use the Garmin Nuvi in my truck and love it. Not sure about for fishing purposesm hmmmm.....

WARNING: POSSIBLE STUPID QUESTION.

Will my Garmin Nuvi I use in my truck accurately mark a brush pile on a lake? If so how accurate are they?

kcslabs....I wonder why they are doing away with it? Ihave the H2OC and it works pretty well. I however do not use it near as much as I should or thought I would. I do not do a lot of trolling and need to follow tracks so I just have not found a big use for it. I seem to remember pretty well where my brush piles are located....But its pretty good about find the location quickly and with the navionics chip it does very well with lake contours etc.
