    Default Truman 7-5

Had to take the boss lady down to Truman today to hang out on the water with her family. Luckily she let me pull the boat down and go out on my own. Fished from 12:45 to 4:00 in the Grand. Ended up with 10 keepers from 11-13 3/4"s. Never caught a dink the whole time. Fished hedge in 5-14 fow 1-6 foot down. Black and chartruese beavertail, second time I've been on Truman this year I think I might have to start making it down there more often.

sounds like some pretty good fishing! what boat ramp did you launch from?
Why do I have to press 1 for English?

I launched out of Bucksaw and went up stream. Not sure how far I went, I have a hard time telling distance on lakes like that.

bucksaw is quickly becoming my favorite place to launch at truman, even though it can get a bit busy, the fishing there is usually excellent! after the crappie master's tourney's they release all the fish in nearby coves. plus it's the closest to home :-)

Shhhhhhhhhhhh, camo. We don't want all these "free-staters" knowing about our fantastic little fishery.
