took my son thurs and skipped work for a couple days for a run to truman. Thats one hell of a lake. In two days my son caught 10 species of fish. white crappie, black crappie, largemouth, spotted bass, hybrid, white bass, channel cat, drum, blugill and walleye. The north bank past the fairfield bridge was very productive. good thing we don,t live there we'ed never get anything but fishing done!

Sounds like some HOT!!! fishing literally & figuritively, glad you had a good time with your son. I need to try Truman some time since I have a Missouri license now and keep hearing alot of good reports from both sides of the line.![]()
Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught!
Glad you got to come over and see what the "ole girl" has to offer. She is a wonderful resource.
The CrappieMasters tourney that was fished yesterday had a winning weight of over 11 lbs for 7 crappie. See the MO board for other results.
