I'm thinking this guy is in hiding... Everything connected to his "Outlaw Rods" have been removed from any web site. I think his name is "Chuckles", and probably is aka Chuck.. He did have a P.O. Box 12711, Overland Park, Ks
913-322-0324. Bet that's been disconnected.
