    Default eyes on jigs

I have painted about 100 jigs in 2 days. I even painted the pupil on the1/8 and 1/16 tho it is very small and you really can't see it in the picture. The 1/24 and 1/32 I didn't. Does anyone else pay this much attention to eyeballs?! Ahhhh the life of unemployment

I only do it if I get in the mood, LOL! I don't know that it makes a lot of difference to more than us fishermen. I do know every bait fish out there has eyes. I use to paint more of my personal jigs with eyes, but I have kind of got out of doing it all that much.

Maybe on your smaller heads you can do just as well with just a black eye like a Roadrunner?

I think the fish stand a better chance of ambushing a blind jig...:D

for those 1/80s and 1/64s and even smaller.... take a nail and put the nail end into the paint and put it on the eye if you want a pupil on those smaller heads... that's what I do! enjoy the painting ... it can be addictive!
