Nice - they will get eaten - what's the recipe?
Had a break in the family schedule and got to the bench. Hopefully get to pitch em in the water sooner or later. Still need to slap some eyes on em.

Thx Bb, Mr Tim and Mr watt.
Mr Watt, on these I'll do one dot of superglue gel for each eye. Usually I'll coat the head in Sally's after slapping the eye on, but I haven't had luck overcoating any chrome without it taking away from the reflectiveness.
Always just turns flat grey or even close to black.
Gonna need to take a better pic after the rest are all done bc it's not a good presentation. Tried to tune down the contrast on the pic because the flash drowned out the colors, but that worked backwards.
They're as bright as any materials I have can be made, but that pic makes em seem glow-like. They're not.

I don't know the name of the chenille, but here it is:
The tail is neck hackle in the green chartreuse. With a piece of holographic flashabou, split, on the sides.
The head is 1/16 w/ #2 sickle hook from my favorite mold.
The paint is a chrome tapped over the top of a custom green chart/glitter mix I've posted a few times... can post it again if ya want. It's a real simple recipe.
I need some more eyes so I thought I'd wait to finish these when I order and get em in, but they WILL catch fish w/o em.
Forrest green eyes or silver is what I usually do, but I'd like to find some fluorescent green eyes.
