Nice! I know a good place here in Alabama to try those out this afternoon.
Put some 1/32oz jigs together for some Sunnies (blue gills)

Good looking jigs and should pay off for you! I bet you could take a fly I tie and make a really light weight jig that would also work very well if you want to. You can just look it up on google as Bream Killer and I will put a little info and a pic below. You can tie it with or without the squirrel tail. They can not resist it!

These have a lead wire wrap about mid shank and the wrap is maybe 1/4" +-? I am not sure if this can be done with weight on the head though?? It sinks flat and the legs wiggle, simple to fish as you just let it sink slow and wait for the fish to hit it.

The best thing my dad ever gave me was his love of fishing.Magged Out thanked you for this post
Hold on bc they're going to get pulled on.
A bluegill will hit it n pull.
A shell cracker will feel like a bus pulling.
A goggle eye will emulate a bull shark.
And if your unlucky enough, (especially with that orange tail jig) to catch the choupique thats inevitable.... get ready to buy a new reel.
Good ties
