I just made up some 1/16 once glow chenille jigs with a # 6 hook. Glow chenille is hard to find and i will have to try your method. The coating should make the chenille way more durable.

The kind he's making is not using any kind of glow chenille, it's just Ultra Chenille and the other stuff is the key to having very bright glow to them that will last a while. Also yes the way he's making them the body probably will never get ware out, lol!
