Looks like #6 is smallest size eagle claw offers in that hook.

But captain hooks sells #8 in sickle hooks, I think they be 'lil nasty hooks. I had to remove a tiny bit at the bottom of the hook channel in the mold. It's a 1/64 so I expected to have a little issue with it. Those tiny hooks have boated 2lb crappie on 2lb test. They connect and hold. Hope you find what you need.

I have a DO-IT mold with 1/32 and 1/64 for shad darts. I want to make my own 1/64 Panfish jigs like Leland Lures sells. Leland uses a #8 long shank hook for their 1/64 panfish jigs. I don't think Leland is making their own hooks. The hooks must be available somewhere. They may not be Eagle Claw hooks but someone is making these hooks. I am not prepared to compromise just yet. Thanks for everyone's comments, any more thoughts please pass them on. Pop

Why not contact Leland and ask what hook he is using?

Guess I just assumed they would not tell me, but maybe you are right, I should do that. Pop

I would just look through the hook Mfg. like Sure Turn and others to see who has what your looking for.

Sorry I am of no help on hook numbers and such. I use mostly Sickles hooks and have several sizes and styles with small hooks #8 in them.

The lady that answered the phone at Leland should be commended by the company for avoiding questions they don't want to give the answer for. She tap danced around very well. Bottom line she didn't want to tell me and didn't want to ask anyone else, probably because she already knew the answer. I guess I can't blame them. Pop
