    Default Hair Jigs

I have been tyin jigs for off and on for bout a year now, and all I have used is Marabou, Bucktail, and some deer body hair. But placed an order today for some other materail. I was wondering what all kind of hair have any of all used? I have seen a few jigs on the web recently that have rabbit hair. So I was just curious to find out what other kind of hair some of you have used? I'm just at times tying things that look to me, and I figure if it works then I will repeat it! Thanks for any info and input thanks!!!

I have used rabbit fur as you mentioned, also fishair, deer belly hair, squirrel,
kiptails, bear, and even dog hair! I use many kinds of feathers as well, especially like the barred rock for Walleyes, sauger, northern and musky.

I have used both Kiptail and Craft hair with good results. My favorite combo with the kiptail, is a 1/80 or 1/64 head, painted pink with black hair, for gills, and a pink head, white body, for crappie.

Check out my photos, and you can see a pic of the hair jigs.
