Impressive jig,especially for your first one. Those will catch some slabs,so plan on getting them wet.

My first jig didn't look anywhere near that good. It was a crappie killer however. I just threw the thing in the water and netted up all the fish that strangled to death laughing at it. Been trying to reproduce that jig and can never get it right. Have fun with that jig and save a few so you can mark your progress as you go. It will be fun to sit back and look at it a year from now...........brim

Thanks for all the comments and kudos. I think I'll just keep the first ones in pics, hoping the fish beat em up real good. Got a few more colors yesterday and a little deer hair. Gonna try something a little different. Like those weren't. Fishin tomorrow, and good or bad I'll post the results.
