10 year old Granddaughter.

Our Granddaughter was here the other day. And asked if she could tie a few jigs.. So I told her sure, Go to it. Now she loves it and was back last Thursday and tied up 5 or 6 more. Sure was proud when she smiled and was enjoying it.
Think I will set up the other vise for her to tie on when she is here.
And the jigs she does tie, You can bet will be grandpa's favorite..

thats great i remeber sitting on my dads knee trying tie and then taking what we made fishing
and hey we need to get kids into things like tieing and fishing keeps them off the streets and off games

I know the feeling. My 15 yr old granddaughter has been learning and tying now for abour five years. If I had known grandchildren were this good...I would have had them first.

Way to go!!!!!!!!!! My kids always wanted to go fishing but were never into the crafting part of it, but they both turned into fishing folks.

Thanks guys.. And she loves to fish. I hope to get her into a bunch of crappie soon. She is like me. If its biting and she can catch it. She is happy.
I look forward to using and catching fish on her baits.
