It looks like they tyed a clear rubber body and then flashabou around that. Should be easy to make.

The bodies actually look like mylar tubing, which explains the two tie down points. I can do some if you want to give them my email address. SmoothLures@gmail.com

It's not mylar tubing because the flashbou is not krinkled. All the mylar I tie is very krinkled. Looks like a clear wax worm style body with flashbou.

The Jig In The Pics Is A Mylar Tubing Jig We Make These Jigs All The Time
For Crappie. The Jig Costs 75 Cents Ea On A 1/16 Oz And A #4 Hook.
Grand-pa Bobs Custom Crappie Jigs.
