Not bad, but for me I don't know what kind of flash or what ever the stuff is you used that is shorter than the tail. Even so I would use less and make is about the same length as the tail. Normally I like one strip of silver down each side or maybe skewed to the other side as that will be the bottom when fished.

Crappie will look at it from the same level or from below and not from above as they don't feed down.

Not bad though and I kind of like the Fox Hair better than most kinds of hair. I don't fish much hair my self as I like feathers best, but I do tie a good bit of hair jigs.

You asked for the truth if You are crappie fishing with it I would shorten the tail length Fox dosen't wash down like Marabou therefore it presents a wider profile the main reason i use it and buck tail is to resemable a brim profile if it's to long You'll miss alot of wiser bigger crappie that will hit it short if Your Bass'in with it leave it alone THEIR PIGS ANYHOW ! colors do look good nice!

That is pretty good. I also use the "Less is more" philoosophy when tying. I just want to give the "Hint" of a minnow profile and use less material to interfere with the bite. IMHO there is a tad bit too much material extending past the hook. I personally would shorten it some.

I that think your jig looks pretty interesting.

Your white hair will work very well by itself. Try tying it behind a pink or orange jig head. Be sure to wrap your collar with red thread for good luck.

Good advice given above. Use just enough hair to create a minnow-like profile.

It's pretty easy to do, but I believe that you'll like what you've done once you've field tested this simple tie.
