Thread: Question about running a little swap

I was toying with the idea of running a little swap. Limited to five tyers including myself.

Do not want to step on any toes here. I just partipated in my first swap and really enjoyed. Don't know if I could handle full size swap at first.

I was thinking entitling it " gillgetter swap ". Two different jigs apiece. Jig size to be 1/100 to 1/32 oz no bigger. Each tyer would tie a total of 8 jigs.

Would this be ok to do even though I have not signed up as a swapmeister ?
If not I understand and no big deal on my part.

I see no problem in doing a small swap,they have been done before.

I wish more people would run different specific swaps...... Smallies, Largies, Trout...sies, and so on. I would think you are more than welcome.

I'd be interested, but I've been in a 3 swaps (maybe 4 ) back to back so want others to be able to get involved in this as well. Put me in as a back-up, to the back-up of the back-up 5th string back-up. :D I am sure this will fill up in no time and have no need for my 7th string jigs. Or was that 8th.....


Edit, forgot to add - Check your PM's. Have read ice is good clear 4"-6".
