I can't imagine they would be closing. they seem to be getting good business.

We have two of them shutting down by may 24th in the Memphis,Tn and North Mississippi area. Go to the Mississippi board and read the post about it.

I go there often and I recently talked with one of the employee's. He said as of now there are no plans for closing the store although there are some store's that are. He did say that the Ankeny store was one of the highest volume store's. He did state that things could change when the BASS PRO SHOP opens.
I will defend her still today!

I hope we all keep going there. BPS will be just fine, without our help. We need more than one sports store. Doug

The part i dont like about them is they're always out of stock. It takes them forever to get more product in. I was in there yesterday and it seems there are more empty pegs than there are with product on them.

They are closing ours here in Indiana and it was always busy when I was there. Look at it this way, if they do decide to shut the doors they will have amazing sales, Im talking 10% of everything! They even took $5 off each of their fish finders!!!
