White Breast was averaging 47-49 on north shores, 45-47 main lake. I will go back soon because I know where they live. How's the C'ville bite been?

Haven't been out on it yet. Hit Macbride the other day for just a couple hours, caught one short largemouth about 28ft deep vertical jigging a spoon. One guy I talked to in another boat had 5 crappie but said it took him all day. Another guy had one crappie. Must have been a slow bite. I might try to hit the res on Sunday if I have time.

Hi all CrappieTim here. Please don't hate, but I am one of those Nebraska guys that crosses the river. What can I say, the Iowa DNR take so much better care of the lakes and the fishing in way better. Anita is my favorite, followed by Viking. I have a feeling that Prairie Rose will be good in a couple years.

That's a little bit out of my range but good to see someone posting about other areas of the state. Good luck and let us know how you do!
