Rathbun Lake
I am looking for any info on Rathbun Lake. I will be taking my grand kids first part of August on a camping trip and would like to take them fishing. 1st time to this lake just looking for info.

The fish are biting it depends on the day for size some days more eaters some days more short fish I guide on the lake and we've been getting around 50 bites in a 4 hour trip. Try to focus on 8 to 12 fow I have some deep brush 15' but it hasn't been that good. There is fish on brush and scattered but I only chase brush fish but the scattered fish will bite I'm sure. Buck Creek is always good hope that helps.

We are staying at Honey Creek Campground so I will drive over to Buck Creek area and launch try that for awhile. I don't know how far it is by water. Also hitting the brush piles. Can you tell me what that size & daily limit is on that Lake?
