Thread: A good mess !!!

Here's a picture of the only mess of fish I've kept so far this Ice season. All were caught in 3 hours of fishing with the smallest crappie being 10 1/2" and largest 13 1/2". I've been hitting the ice all over the place in E. Ia. but these fish came of back waters of the C.R.. I'll also add a pic. of a 19" smallie I got through the ice.

Nice fish. I don't like the so I'll have to wait until it warms up.

Nice mess for sure. All you need is some hush puppies, slaw, freedom fries and ice tea. Thats the way we eat them anyway. Maybe a little home made nanner puddin.
