Thread: J.C. Murphy Lake

Has anyone fished this lake?? Looks like DNR has put a lot of work into it and its not that far from me? Is it deep? Is the fishing good?

You will know when fishing is good they will announce another draining.
Not deep at all. Remnant of the great Kankakee marsh so more of a swamp.
On my list for a Wednesday trip.
