most lakes spawned out already

Fished a central Kosiousko county lake yesterday and they are still staging in some areas of the lake water temp was 62 degrees
-
Most lakes have not spawn out yet due to up and down water levels.

just my spring experience,, not all the lakes are spawned out yet ( as of 5-12-09 ) i caught several fish at patoka that sill had eggs in them ,able to keep 10 fish out of about 30. Now the smaller lakes, i think are done, john hays, hardy, salinda,,these lakes i was catching fish the last week of march and first week of april in 8' of water and less, fishing about 4' deep and less and full of eggs. Went the week of are turkey season at john hays and hardy, total of 2 fish. The only thing thats mind boggling to me is water temp. The last week of march one of the lakes was from 55 to maybe 60 and they was hitting fast just as if they was spawning, when the temp hit "what they call ideal" 65 to 70 the fish was not there. But like i said patoka was different on (5-12-09), i think the larger lakes take awhile just from my spring experience.

Still black as night and full of eggs on my private lake. On Eagle Creek not so much, horrible. Haven't caught one fish where it should be... thinking this is the last year on that lake for me even though it is full of crappie I can't catch enough of them on any given day! They're all dinks in eagle creek anyway, too many of them not enough people fish them out these days and they're taking over.
