    Default Morse is good!

Morse is good. There are two parks to have lunch & meet.

The better park is at the dam & close to the ramp, has docks for boats, pavillians with tables, playground equipment for family, beach, restrooms, shore fishing, bonus fishing below the dam, frisby golf course, softball field, walking & hiking trails, and more shore fishing along Cicero Creek.

From this park good fishing is near. Cocktail Cove and all of the Hinkle Creek side is idle only with plenty of docks and coves to target.

    Default I agree

Morse is a small lake, but a good lake. The only sad part would be the launch fees. Me and Slabstalker think it would be great to get you guys out on the lake we grew up calling home. Plus I know some more club recruits we could probably get if we met there.

Until May 1st it is 12 dollars for the launch all 7 days of the week, after May 1st it stays at 12 dollars during the week and increases to 28 dollars on the weekend!

I live very close to this lake and probably don't fish it nearly as much as I normally would because of the launch fee. I can drive quite a ways for 28 dollars in fuel and launch for free!

Not to mention there are a lot of homes on the lake and very rude boaters there. Believe it or not, I was at the Marina fishing off the docks yesterday afternoon and saw a guy in a pontoon boat with shorts on and his shirt off, pulling some kids on a tube!
