Thread: Boat/Car taxes

Have any of you guys got your stickers back from the BMV, after mailing in your check? This is the first year I have done it by mail, and might be the last. I got the new boat stickers about two weeks ago, still waiting on my truck and trailer stickers. Problem is....checks cleared about two weeks ago, and the month is just about up. Anybody else had any problems? I'm getting a little worried.

I think I got mine in the mail in just a few days after mailing in the check and stuff. I would call or get online and see if they can tell you if they mailed them back to you or what.

They've got all kinds of issues right now. I bought a boat end of last year, they FINALLY sent me a paper tag!! Said it will be another "few weeks" before they send me a permanant one. That was a couple, "few weeks" ago.

A friend went through what you are and he ended up going to the DMV and got a temp tag he had to put in his windshield. Till the real ones showed up in the mail.

I don't know if the BMV is still doing things this way or not. I won't know until it gets closer to June for me. But last year I did all my registrations online and saved $5 each. I received them in a week or two. I believe the information was on the registration for the $5 discount.

Still waiting....if it doesn't come in the mail today, I'll to drive over Monday and give a what for!!!!!!!

BMV is closed on Mondays just an FYI

Got everything in the mail Sat. Talk about waiting until the last minute. I think I'll just walk in and wait my turn from now on out.
