This kit has quite high reviews but has anyone here bought these kits and was able to produce on the majority of the baits???

I bought a kit several years ago like this and was quite pleased. I probably still have some of the odd colors and double swirl tails etc left over, but it was an excellent start to get a variety of shapes and colors to try at a great price. I have always bought jig heads in a hundred pack when I can, so the quantity of heads in the kit was not a factor. Good luck in deciding what color to use first if you decide to get it. Would make a great Xmas present from someone for the upcoming holidays. Maybe you could drop a hint.
