Hello all. I'm new to this site. Thanks T9 for turning me onto it. I fish EC a lot (2x/week) and have had mixed results since May. The last couple of weeks have been good. I'm still learning this whole crappie fishing thing (first year) but I am having a lot of fun. Went out Friday night for about 2-3 hours. Caught about 20 fish. Biggest was 9.5. Went out again yesterday evening (4:45 to just after dark) with a buddy. We caught about 40 fish and kept about 20 (8-10in). For whatever reason I'm catching bigger fish the last 2times out but still no slabs. Most luck has been in 15-20 ft near lay downs. Primarily use jigs but yesterday tipped a minnow to a hot grub on 1/16th.

Any tips, suggestions, opinions, etc. are welcomed as I continue to learn how to do this.
