The bite has been really good... I have been using a Mr. Crappie rattling bobber, with tube jigs (white, gray, pinks, purple, black) combos, about 2 foot down (no tip). If there is no wind you have to work much harder, and the afternoon, when the suns at its highest point, seems to be peak time. I still see crappies that haven't spawned, but its coming to a close really fast, full moon and all. This has been a great spring season, and I'm looking forward to targeting some pre-spawn gills... Looking for a mounter to go with my big fish of the season...
