I just got some of the Gulp alive waxis. I was just wonderin if anyone has used either the waxis or the minnows. If youve used the minnows which rig did you use?

I have never used them. If you do well with them let us know! I have thought about buying some but I just never have done it.

I used the Gulp minnows in Canada for smallmouth, when I was there, there was a cold front and the fishin wasn't very good but we caught some fish with them. We just used 1/8oz jig head.

    Default Gulp

I bought a jar of the earthworms. That is all Wal-mart had. I used them at Sangchris.
Started with the crappie nibbles. Produced a couple small fish on the pile I was on.
Used a small piece of the gulp worm. Slid it up on the hook, then broke off the unused portion and caught more fish and bigger fish. On the same pile.

Talked to a guy that said he experimented using a regular jig no scent. Caught nothing. Used nibbles, caught a few small fish, a keeper or 2.

His partner was using gulp, and caught bigger fish all day long and more keepers. Fishing right beside him all day long.
