At Wolf Creek State Park on Lake Shelbyville today they took down the barricades. The boat ramp is now open, but the courtesy dock is closed. The high water, wind and ice caused the dock to be pulled away from the concrete walkway so they have a barricade in front of it.
Hopefully they will be able to get this repaired soon. The fish cleaning station is not yet open but as soon as weather stabilizes they will probably open it up.

can't catch'em at home
Does that mean the camping area is also open & ready for campers? And are the hosts still there or will they come in near future?
I'm glad to hear that Barry !!!
See ya Kevin ><)))*>
Excellent
At this time the camprground host are not in place, but most of them do not normally come in until at least middle of April. The 'reservation' area does not have any barricades, but not sure if shower building is open yet.
To check on this or other questions you could call the Wolf Creek office 217-459-2831 or the Eagle Creek office 217-756-8260 during regular office hours Mon. thru Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Do they close coon creek? if so will it be open soon?
Dave
The only thing that was closed on Lake Shelbyville was Wolf Creek. Coon Creek is a C.O.E. site. They have not put the courtesy docks back in the water where I looked this past week, but should not be to long before they get them in place.
