I found this site when looking for lake levels in Mississippi.

There is not a .com on the end of it.

A person can look at levels from prior years on any given day plus look at the lake level for the current day. Use your cursor on the curve line and it will highlight the exact day.

Does not give Shelbyville exactly but when Shelby went from 594.XX and was suppose to crest at 601. This site stated what was going to happen. The site also states how many acres of water the lake is.
