Hey guys, i thought we could all post jobs we are aware of that may be hiring. I am aware of Jim Green Management, needs maintenance people for apartment complex's. He has them all over the state. Here is a number to Lafayette Apts. 618-259-4516 She should be able to direct you to the closest apt. complex.
In this economy we should all be looking out for one another.

The Reserve in Decatur is looking for a building maintenance man. He took a job out of state and I was over there doing some repairs this week and he told me he only had four applications thus far and no suitors. It is the big retirement home right above the dam. My company put in the plumbing and heat and I go there from time to time to fix things their maintenance can't or isn't equipped to do. It is a new building so job should be a piece of cake.

lost my job end of January, shut the place down. Have a friend that lost his job doing rental maintenance will tell him about the Reserve thanks LSG

Good idea, I know we already have 5/6 stickies but would be nice to make your job thing here a sticky also, for at least the next year or so. This way it won't get lost in the messages. Just my one penny..........................

Primary Role
