    Default old motor

I was wondering if anyone on here is familiar at all with the old sears ted williams motors.I have a 5.5hp that i aquired real cheap. The guy i got it from wasn't sure of the fuel mixture so we dumped the fuel out that he put in it.It was running, but we only wanted to run it for a few seconds,so we wouldn't burn it up.I've seen and heard of half a dozen different fuel/oil mixtures,i'm just wondering which one is correct.Any help will be greatly appreiciated.

Try this link and see if you can find your model number on it. It is kind of hard to read, but the fuel mixture information is down the middle of the page. Good luck to you.

If you don't find it try going to the thread below and ask your question there. If no one on this site has an answer for you, the thread below may. Once again, good luck.
